1. No Returns

   • Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

2. Exchange Policy

   • Products may be eligible for exchange only if:

     • The request is made within 7 days of purchase/delivery.

     • The goods are in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.

     • The original packaging, invoice, and proof of purchase are provided.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

   • Products that are used, damaged, or altered after purchase will not be eligible for exchange.

   • Customized or specially ordered items cannot be exchanged.

4. Process for Exchange

   • To request an exchange, please contact us at nsplastersss@gmail.com with your order details.

   • After inspection and approval, the product can be exchanged for another item of equal value.

   • If the desired exchange item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

5. Shipping Costs

   • Customers are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs involved in returning the product for exchange.
